This is a reminder to all parents and students to please follow all pedestrian safety rules. Students must only cross at the available crosswalks around Rosemont and must exercise great care in crossing streets. Please remember though the laws provide for pedestrians to have the right of way, cars don't always see our students or follow this rule.
Parents, remind your students that the car will always win in a collision with a student!!! It is not worth a trip to the hospital with any injuries (mild or serious) versus being late to school or taking shortcuts in the streets.
Please use care when dropping off your student, be patient, drive slowly, and realize that caution should be exercised around all the schools in La Crescenta. Your child is at risk. Many of you have seen close calls. Be a part of the solution. Click here for alternate drop off places and click here for a map of each alternate drop off place.
